Verify your Personal Identity
First of all, congratulations on upgrading to one of our Plus/Ultimate plans. In addition to fast, secure VPN protection for unlimited devices and , you now have access to our Identity Theft Protection and services.
After signing up, the next step is to activate protection and start adding your personal details. We recommend using a desktop or a laptop computer to make things a little easier.
How to verify your Personal Identity:
Start by visiting your Account Dashboard. Select ID Monitoring from the navigation menu, or use the link below:

If you previously verified your identity, you will be taken directly to your ID Monitoring Dashboard. In that case you can skip to the .Enter your Full name and your Street address, then press Next.
We do not share this information withthird-parties. You can rest assured knowing these details will remain completely private.
Next you will be prompted for your Date of birth, your SSN number (last 4 only), your Phone number, and your Email address.

Finally, select your preferred method of authentication. A security code will be sent to your phone via Text Message or via Voice Call.
That’s it! You will be taken to your ID Monitoring Dashboard. This is where you can find your Alerts, update your Monitored Information, monitor your Financial Records, and more.
Monitored Information
Now you will be presented with your ID Monitoring Dashboard. Your personal SSN number and your postal address will be monitored automatically. These are the 
first data points that we will monitor.
Other details such as and must be added manually. We can also monitor up to 10 , 10 , 10 , 5 , and more. VirtualShield uses a sophisticated Very Early Warning System to monitor private and public databases for signs of early identity theft risk.

Common Questions
Do I need to add all of my info to be protected?
No, all that is required is your SSN number and/or your USPS address. These are the first data points that we will monitor, everything else is entirely optional. However the more information you provide, the better we can protect you.
Does IdentiSafe work outside of the United States?
Currently only the United States and Canada are supported, due to the U.S. Postal Service. There is no plan to expand into other countries at this time.
