Activating Protection
First of all, congratulations on upgrading to one of our VPN Plus or VirtualShield One plans. You will now be able to access to our exclusive network that will automatically block ads, trackers, and malware from ever reaching your device for a safer, and more enjoyable browsing experience.
In addition to Ad & Malware blocking and Personal data removal, you now have full access to our Identity theft protection and Credit monitoring services. The next step is to activate protection and start adding your personal details.
Start by logging in to your online Account Dashboard using the link below:
This feature is only available with our VPN Plus or VS One plans. If you have a basic VPN subscription, some of the relevant options may not appear.
Select Identity Security from the navigation menu, if it is not selected already.
Press the Set up button on this screen to activate your protection.
After activating your protection, press the Manage IdentiSafe button.
You will now be redirected to your IdentiSafe Dashboard.
This is where you can monitor and track your Credit Score, set up SMS Text Alerts, and more.
That's it! All you need to do is add your information and we will begin monitoring it for suspicious activity. Once you enter your information, no further action is required.

Adding your Information
The first thing we recommend is to add your Social Security Number and/or Postal Address. These are the first data points that we will monitor. IdentiSafe uses a sophisticated Very Early Warning System to monitor private and public databases for signs of early identity theft risk.
This system uses your SSN number, and the USPS address in your account to look for manipulations that indicate you are at risk. The system is running 24/7 with new information. All information is stored in a secure, encrypted database.
In the event that your information appears compromised, we will put a flag in your Dashboard along with instructions on how to protect yourself.
Common Questions
Do I need to add all of my info to be protected?
No, all that is required is your SSN number and/or your USPS address. These are the first data points that we will monitor, everything else is entirely optional. However the more information you provide, the better we can protect you.
Does IdentiSafe work outside of the United States?
Currently only the United States and Canada are supported, due to the U.S. Postal Service. There is no plan to expand into other countries at this time.
