VPN Setup Failed

Overview

The first time you connect on Android and Apple iOS devices, you will be asked to install a new VPN Profile. Before the VPN connection can be established, this profile must be installed in order to allow the correct permissions for your device to complete the connection process.

If the VPN Setup fails for any reason, follow the steps below and then try connecting to our servers again.

How to fix this issue on your Apple iPhone/iPad:
1

The first thing we recommend is manually reinstalling your VPN Profile. This will remove any existing profile if one is installed, and create a new profile for your device.

See our support article for more info on how to reinstall your VPN Profile.
2

If that doesn't solve the issue, try regenerating your VPN Key. This will create a new encryption key for your device if it is no longer valid.

See our support article for more info on how to regenerate your VPN Key.
