Reinstalling your VPN Profile

The VPN Profile is required by Apple and Android, and it is automatically installed on your device during the installation process.

Before the VPN connection can be established, this profile must be installed to uniquely identify your device and to complete the connection process.

It is not necessary to reinstall this profile unless things are not working correctly, or you are instructed to do so by our support team.

Before attempting to reinstall your VPN Profile, we recommend changing your location first to see if that allows you to connect without issues. See our support article for more information.

If you're still having trouble connecting after changing your location, follow the instructions in this article to install a new VPN Profile for your device.
