If you're seeeing this page, it means the VirtualShield Antivirus app has been uninstalled from your device successfully. You will be redirected here once the uninstall is complete.
You will now be able to install Antivirus protection on a new device. If you removed the app by mistake, this article will help you install it again. Otherwise if you removed it intentionally, you should be all set.
Just be aware your device is now unprotected, and exposed to threats. You can use our secure VPN in combination with your existing Antivirus to provide an additional layer of protection.

Antivirus Successfully Uninstalled
Antivirus protection can be installed on up to 3 devices at the same time. We'll be adding support for up to 5 devices shortly. Support for macOS, Android, and more devices will also be coming soon.
In the meanwhile, if you would like to protect an additional device, you can simply remove/uninstall it from a previous device first. That will allow you to install Antivirus protection on a new device.
You can follow the exact same steps if you would like to re-install the app at a later date. Simply log in to your Account Dashboard, then select 
Apps from the navigation menu.

Can I install the Antivirus on multiple devices?
Yes, you can! Our plans currently support up to 3 devices at the same time. You may need to remove/uninstall it from a previous device first, before you can install it on a new device.
Why does the app say my trial period ended?
This either means you downloaded a free-trial version of the app, or Antivirus protection is not included with your plan. Contact our support team and we'll be happy to upgrade your subscription.
