Overview
On Windows computers, the Antivirus will activate automatically upon download. On other devices, it will download a trial version from our website or from the Google Play Store.
If you are prompted to upgrade your subscription, it means you downloaded the trial version. This article will help you activate the fully licensed version of VirtualShield Antivirus on your device(s).

Entering your License Key
If you downloaded a trial version of the Antivirus, you can unlock the full version at any time by entering your License Key. You can find this key by visiting your Account Dashboard.
Start by visiting your Account Dashboard, then select 
Antivirus from the navigation menu.
If you do not have a VirtualShield Ultimate plan or the Antivirus add-on, contact us and we'll be happy to upgrade your subscription.
Your License Key will be displayed near the top of this page. Press the Copy button to copy the key to your clipboard.

Open 
VirtualShield Antivirus on your device, then tap the 
Menu icon near the top-left.
On Windows/Mac computers, open theApp Settings to enter your License Key.
Select Activation Code. Type or paste your License Key/Activation Code on this screen, then press Activate.
That's it! You can follow the same steps to activate Antivirus Protection on additional device(s).
Revoking your License Key
If you would like to install the Antivirus app on additional devices, or if your current key stopped working, don't worry! You can manually revoke your License Key at any time.
Start by visiting your Account Dashboard, then select Antivirus from the navigation menu.
If you do not have a VirtualShield Ultimate plan or the Antivirus add-on, contact us and we'll be happy to upgrade your subscription.
Your License Key will be displayed near the top of this page. Press the Revoke button to revoke your current key.
When you download the app again, our system will generate a new License Key automatically. That will allow you to install and activate Antivirus Protection on all of your favorite devices.
Common Questions
Why can't I find my license key?
If you downloaded the app from the Google Play Store, try downloading it again from our website to generate a new License Key. If that doesn't work, contact our support team for assistance.
Do I need VS Ultimate to be protected?
No, upgrading to a VS Ultimate plan is entirely optional. It is not required in order to be protected. Antivirus protection can also be purchased separately as an add-on to your current subscription. Contact our support team for more information.
