Upgrading/Downgrading your Subscription


Upgrading or downgrading your subscription couldn't be any easier. It is as simple as logging in to your online Account Dashboard from your favorite desktop or mobile device.

This article will instruct you how to change the plan and/or billing frequency for your subscription.

Upgrading/Downgrading your Subscription

If you are looking to upgrade your subscription, the upgrade will take place immediately and the amount due will be prorated.

If you are looking to downgrade your subscription, the new plan will kick into effect after your current term is over.


Start by logging in to your online Account Dashboard using the link below:


Select My Subscription from the navigation menu, if it is not selected already.


Select Change Plan, and you will be redirected to the Pricing page.


Your current plan will be selected on this page.
Choose your new desired plan/duration, then hit the Choose Plan button to save your changes.


That's it! Your new plan will will now kick into effect. Please ensure that you've entered valid payment details, or we will be unable to modify your plan.

Common Questions

Do I need to enter my coupon code again?
No, the old coupon will be applied automatically towards your new plan. You can also choose to apply new coupon if desired.
Will I be refunded if I downgrade my subscription?
Any unused portion will be applied towards your next renewal. Contact our Billing team if you would like to receive a refund.
