Overview
When you surf the web normally (while not using Incognito mode), your browser keeps a detailed record of a few details. Cookies store information about your browsing habits and preferences. Cache stores temporary data to help improve website loading speed. History stores a list of the websites you visit frequently.
That's why it is important to clear your cookies, cache and history on a regular basis. It can help resolve issues like slow loading or website errors. It can also free up storage and remove corrupted or outdated files. However, it can also log you out of most websites and erase any preferences saved on those sites.
