Resetting your Network Settings

If your device is having trouble connecting to the internet or establishing the VPN connection, your network settings might be the culprit.

Your network settings control what your device can connect to and how. Resetting these settings to their default values will likely help your device connect to the internet again.

This mostly applies to Wi-Fi connections. However, corrupted network settings can effect Bluetooth, or even Cellular data/LTE connections as well.

It is not necessary to reset your network settings unless things are not working correctly, or you are instructed to do so by our support team.

If you are using Wi-Fi, there might be an issue with your network settings. These settings can sometimes become corrupted, and interfere with VPN connections.

Luckily, you can reset your network settings at any time. This won't delete any of your apps, photos, or other data. However, it will erase your saved Wi-Fi passwords, and other connection information.
