Your password is used to access your online Account Dashboard on our website. It is also used to log in to the VirtualShield app on all of your various devices.
It is important to change your password if you feel it's been compromised, or if you think someone has access to your account without your permission.
Changing your Password
If you don't know your current password, you will need to Reset your Password first. The following instructions assume that you already know your current password and are able to access to your account.

Start by logging in to your online Account Dashboard using the link below:
Select Settings from the navigation menu, if it is not selected already.
Select Change Password on the right side of your screen, inside the Security section.
A popup message will appear, prompting you to enter your old password as well as a new one.
Don't forget to use a combination of numbers, letters, and symbols to ensure a strong password!
My new password is not working, what can I do?
Try to Reset your Password first. If that doesn't work, contact our support team for further assistance.
I still can't access my account, what now?
Contact our support team and we will send you a new system-generated password, once you have verified you are the account owner.
