Overview
When you allow (or exclude) a specific file or folder, it will be ignored and treated as safe when it is scanned. Exclusions will be applied to
, , as well as .Even if the file contains threats, it will be completely overlooked by not recommended. Do so at your own risk.

Some apps and files may appear harmless at first glance, but they can contain invisible adware or malware hidden in disguise. Use these items at your own risk.
If you are positive that a particular app or file can be trusted, or if it is getting falsely detected and
by our system, you can try adding it to your Allow list.Only allow files if you are absolutely sure that you can trust the source. This can expose your device to viruses and malware, if you mistakenly allow an unsafe file.

.Tap the Menu icon near the top-left, then select Settings.
Tap Reset ignore list on the Settings screen.
You will be prompted to confirm. Tap Yes to reset all exclusions you added previously.
Common Questions
Why can’t I exclude certain files or folders?
There are a few system directories that arereserved by your Operating System, and off-limits to the Antivirus. If you can’t add a particular file or folder to your Allow list, this is likely the reason why.
Can I exclude files with a given type/extension?
Yes, you can! You can either do this by usingfilters and wildcards (ex: *.zip), or by managing Excluded archive types (coming soon!). Contact our for more information.
