If you think your identity has been breached or exposed on the internet, don’t be alarmed. Our identity restoration service assists with the ID restoration process by providing step-by-step instructions you can easily follow to repair and restore your identity.

Our Identity Restoration Team is also here to assist you. If identity theft does happen, we handle the entire recovery process for you. In case of a breach, our Identity Theft Recovery experts are here to assist you 7 days a week, from 7AM PST to 5PM PST.



How does it work?

In the event that your information appears compromised, we will immediately alert you on your Account Dashboard and via SMS/text message along with instructions on how to protect yourself. If identity theft does happen, our Identity Restoration Team will handle the entire recovery process for you.

Our full-service restoration tool takes the burden off of you in the event that your identity is stolen by going beyond the traditional credit report restoration. We offer a robust knowledge of non-credit restoration including payday loans, IRS, Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), and court records.

Alerts will be sent to your email address or phone, depending on the severity of the breach and your personal preference. If you are unable to recover your information manually, our ID Theft Recovery experts can help you recover stolen data, file a claim, and more.

If your plan includes up to $5 Million ID Theft Insurance, you will be covered under million dollar identity theft guarantee provided through AIG

Manual Restoration

Before attempting to contact our Identity Restoration Team, we suggest checking your alerts. We will provide more details about the alert and step-by-step instructions on how to protect yourself.

If you receive an email alert or a SMS/text alert from our system, the first thing we recommend is logging in to your Account Dashboard to confirm the alert is authentic.

How to recover your identification manually:

Start by visiting your Account Dashboard. Select ID Monitoring from the navigation menu, or use the link below:

If you do not have a Plus/Ultimate plan or the Identity Theft Protection add-on, you can upgrade your subscription anytime from your Account Dashboard.

Press the Setup button to activate your protection, if you have not done so already.

Select the Alerts tab near the top of the page to view and manage your alerts.

If there are no alerts available, you can rest assured and safely ... knowing your identity is fully secure.

Choose a specific alert to view more details. If your information appears compromised, follow the steps provided to begin recovering your identity.

Below Record Details you will see the source, breach type, exposure level, leaked information, recommended recovery steps, and more.

If your information has been breached and you are unable to recover it manually, it’s important to contact our Identity Restoration Team immediately.

Am I covered under the Insurance Policy?
$1 Million Insurance comes included with the VirtualShield Ultimate plan, and the Identity Theft Protection add-on. We offer up to $5 Million Insurance coverage as well. If you would like to add ID Theft Insurance to your plan, contact our support team.
