How do I cancel my trial so I don't get billed?

Currently, there is no way to cancel your trial from your Dashboard. Please open a support ticket here, or email us at if you would like to cancel your account.

Please include the following information in your request: 

  1. First/Last Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Last 4 digits of credit card (for account verification, if applicable)
  4. If you paid with PayPal, please provide us with your billing zip code

We won't be able to cancel your account unless you provide all of this information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be cancelled.
