How do I send application diagnostics on Windows to support?

If you are experiencing an issue with our Windows app, you can now send a diagnostic report to our support team so that we can investigate the issue further. 

  1. Open up the VirtualShield application on Windows.

  2. Look for the "gear" icon at the top right and click it.

  3. Now, select the "Advanced" tab. 
  4. Click the "Send Logs to Support" button. You will be asked to confirm in the next screen. 
  5. When prompted, select "Yes" to confirm. 
  6. That's it! Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Note: This tutorial only applies to our Windows app users. This does not apply to our users who use the browser extensions on the Windows platform. Please only send logs if you are experiencing a specific issue.
