Launch on startup (Linux)

The VirtualShield Linux application will open automatically each time you power on your PC. This will ensure you don't have to open it every time you want to connect.

Launch VirtualShield on startup

This allows VirtualShield to open automatically each time you turn on or restart your computer. You can also choose to disable this option if you prefer to launch the app manually instead.

This feature is entirely optional, and can be enabled or disabled at any time:

1
Open the VirtualShield Linux application from the icon on your Desktop:

2
Click the cog/gear icon near the corner of the app to open the Settings panel:

3
Inside the General Settings, select the Launch VirtualShield on startup option:
4
Click the Save button to apply your changes.
Note: If used in combination with the Always-on VPN option, VirtualShield will remain connected to our servers at all times.
