Is my Linux PC supported?

This article will help you determine if VirtualShield is compatible with your Linux laptop, tablet, or desktop computer.

Check Device Compatibility

VirtualShield is compatible with most Debian-based systems (Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Chrome OS, etc.). If you can install other .deb packages on your device, then it is likely you can install VirtualShield as well.

However, there are a few devices that are too old to run our official desktop application. Use this page to figure out if VirtualShield is supported on your system or not.

Note: If your system is not supported, or if it is not listed below, you can try installing one of our browser extensions instead.

Linux (Debian)

Our Linux Application is compatible with Ubuntu version 15.04 and above, Linux Mint version 18 and above, and Chrome OS version 53 and above.
