This article will help you determine if VirtualShield is compatible with your desktop computer, laptop, phone, or tablet.
Is my device supported?
VirtualShield is fully compatible with all modern Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
Our official Linux and Amazon FireOS apps will also be available for download shortly.
However, there are a few devices that are too old to run our official desktop/mobile application. Use this page to figure out if VirtualShield is supported on your device or not.
Check Windows Version
Follow the instructions below to determine which version of Windows you're using:
Start menu near the
bottom corner of your screen.

Version entry on the

Follow the instructions below to determine which version of Android you're using:
Open your device's
Near the bottom, tap

Advanced and then
If you don't see Advanced, tap About phone.
Look for the
Android version and
Security patch level:
